Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also track it Here.

We ship daily from Central India to ensure fast delivery across the country.

  • Metros: 4–5 Days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 Days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 Days (You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is dispatched).

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • FREE Shipping on orders above ₹499.

    • A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • A handling fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders.

    • Note: The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable in case of returns.

Payments

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.
Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.

Yes! We offer COD on all orders for a small handling fee of ₹99. Tip: You may receive a verification call or WhatsApp message to confirm your COD order before we ship it.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after we receive the return. It may take 3-5 days to reflect in your bank account.

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for change of mind.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

  • Fees: A ₹100 Reverse Logistics Fee applies to all refunds (deducted from the refund amount).

  • Defects: Returns for damaged/wrong items are FREE (must be reported within 48 hours).

  • For Defects: Attach your Unboxing Video.

  • For Returns: Share a photo of the product in its original packaging. We will arrange a pickup within 24-48 hours.
