2. Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?
If something went wrong during transit, we will fix it immediately.
How to Claim:
Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp our Support Team within 2 days of delivery. (Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted).
Share Proof: You must attach your Order ID and a clear Unboxing Video showing the defect or wrong item.
Resolution: We will arrange a free reverse pickup (2-4 days). Once verified, we will issue an immediate refund or dispatch a replacement (delivered within 5-7 business days).
- Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the exact item is out of stock, you may choose a different product or a full refund.
3. What if I just don’t like it? (Change of Mind)
If you simply want to return the product because you changed your mind or didn’t like the style, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Timeline: Request must be raised within 7 days.
Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Deduction: A Reverse Shipping Fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover logistics costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Share a photo/video of the product condition (or Unboxing Video for defects).
We will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Mode
