5. Returns & Exchanges Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Change of Mind: Accepted with a deduction of reverse shipping fees. Please keep the product in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, etc. for a successful pick-up.

• Defective/Missing/Wrong Items: Free replacement/refund. Email or WhatsApp Support team within 2 days of delivery (Opening video mandatory).
