Shipping & Delivery

At ZISI, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
We ship all products from our central warehouse in Chhattisgarh, ensuring balanced and fast connectivity across India.
1. Dispatch & Processing Time
  • Dispatch Time: We pack and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Note: During sale periods or festivals, dispatch may take up to 3 days due to high volume.

2. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing.

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • Orders above ₹499: FREE Shipping.

    • Orders below ₹499: Flat rate of ₹79.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • A handling fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders.

    • Important: The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable in case of returns or RTO (Return to Origin).

Since we ship from Central India, we offer competitive delivery speeds across the country.

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email.

  • You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving the link.

5. Delivery Disputes
  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, you must report it to us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted by logistics partners.

  • Damaged Package: If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to mark it as “Damaged/Refused” and contact us immediately.
