1. Dispatch & Processing Time
Dispatch Time: We pack and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email.
You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update after receiving the link.
5. Delivery Disputes
Marked Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, you must report it to us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted by logistics partners.
Damaged Package: If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Ask the courier to mark it as “Damaged/Refused” and contact us immediately.
